A-LIST RENO'S, Renovations and Carpentry

• This is a bathroom renovation I did in Delta. The previous owner did a cheap diy to get the house ready to sell and then never used the shower for good reasons, it was done completely wrong. Plywood and fibreglass does not make a good backing for tile let alone as a floor structure in a shower. The new 2 piece shower unit will give the new owner's years of leak free pleasure.

The heating vent was up high and a cold air return oultlet was down low. By reversing their positions the floor is now much warmer and the air circulation has improved.

I used the Porcelain trim tile between the Bathroom area and the Laundry area to define the 2 spaces. The old ceramic floor tile was replaced with a Porcelain tile for better wear and tear.

Tip: If purchasing a home with newer renovations ask if they were done by qualified trades people and set your price accordingly.
