Langley Condo
The owner of this 2 bedroom and den condo in central Langley wanted to put it on the market. The problem was there hadn't been any work done to it since it was built 20 years ago. So they hired A-List Renos to come in and give it a complete makeover. After cleaning out the old we changed all the shut offs under the sinks and toilets, added in wiring for under cabinet lights then painted the whole unit (walls and ceilings) and installed new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. All the lights were replaced with LED lights. Laminate flooring was installed in the hallway, living room, den and kitchen. The bedrooms were carpeted and the bathrooms and laundry room received new lino flooring. Even the fireplace gas parts were replaced. New appliances and a glass tile backsplash completed the kitchen. This unit went from old and tired to a new and refreshed home and is ready for it's new owner.
